Project management for electrical engineering

Designing electrical installations often includes other disciplines, such as constructing office buildings and commercial floor spaces or implementing climate control installations, fire-detection installations, furniture or machines. Team collaboration is a must.

At Beemster a designated manager will lead your project. The first task of the manager is to make a detailed plan to determine what your installation needs. A lot of effort is put into the design. From our experience we know that the ideal solution is not always the same as the customer’s requirements. After mutual consultation new insights may arise in order to obtain the best solutions!

As a contact person your project manager knows everything about the project and how it is progressing. An efficient working process is essential. The project manager is aware of this and coordinates suitable personnel within and external to the company.
